Does a quote request book an appointment?
No. We'll need to review your request and confirm the scope and availability before anything is booked.
Are hardware parts included?
Not unless the service specifically says so. Published assembly and repair prices generally cover labor. We'll explain part costs in the estimate.
Do you handle gaming PCs and consoles?
Yes. Custom gaming builds, upgrades, cleanings, and a range of console/controller services are listed on our pricing page. Some repairs depend on model and condition.
Do you offer home and business visits?
Some on-site services are listed. We serve Holly and Waterford, Michigan, and consider nearby communities by arrangement. Some on-site services include a limited local-travel allowance; please confirm your address and any travel charges before booking.
What happens after I request a quote?
We review the details, contact you using the information you provide, and confirm next steps, availability and estimated costs. A form request alone does not schedule service.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the issue, parts availability and workload. We discuss the estimated turnaround after checking your device—no fixed completion time is promised here.
Will my files and data be safe?
Please back up important files before service whenever possible. Some repairs require reinstalling software or replacing storage. We'll discuss any known data risks before proceeding; we cannot guarantee data recovery.
What does the $35 diagnostic fee cover?
Initial troubleshooting and identifying a likely next step. The $35 fee is credited toward an approved repair of $75 or more. We will confirm any additional costs before work starts.
