What we collect when you ask for a quote, and how to reach our team.
Only what we need to answer you.
When you submit a request, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, the service you select and the message you write. Custom PC quote requests also include your budget and build preferences. We use this information to respond, prepare estimates and arrange services if you choose to proceed.
Our website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms for delivery to us. The hosting service may retain standard security and server logs. Do not include account passwords, bank details, government IDs or other sensitive information in your message.
Sharing & retention
We do not publish your message or use contact form details to sell advertising lists. We may share necessary information with service providers supporting website hosting or customer communications. We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for communications, records and applicable obligations. Email rebootrebelsit@gmail.com if you want to ask about or request deletion of an inquiry, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not use third-party advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Your host may use essential security technologies and server logs; we will update this notice if additional tracking tools are added.
Contact & availability
Reboot Rebels serves the Holly and Waterford, Michigan areas and surrounding communities by arrangement. Our service schedule is by appointment, not public walk-in hours. For questions about privacy or booking, email rebootrebelsit@gmail.com.
