Quotes & authorization
Online prices are published labor or service rates, not guaranteed all-in totals. Parts, licenses, travel, taxes and additional work may cost extra. We will discuss the scope and obtain your approval before chargeable work proceeds. Sending a request does not schedule service or authorize repairs.
Diagnostics
The published computer diagnostic fee is $35. It is credited toward an approved repair costing $75 or more. Some issues require extended diagnostics, which we will discuss before any additional billable work.
Data & device condition
If possible, back up your files before handing over a device. Some hardware issues, reinstalls, drive replacements and malware repairs can involve a risk of data loss. We will discuss known risks and ask for approval before work likely to affect data; recovery cannot be guaranteed. Remove or protect sensitive data, and never submit passwords in the website form.
Timing & pickup
Repair times depend on diagnosis, parts availability, work scope and scheduling. Drop-off, shipping, pickups and on-site visits are by arrangement only. We will confirm the collection arrangements and any applicable storage or unclaimed-device terms directly; no automatic disposal policy is asserted here.
Parts & workmanship
Any particular labor or part warranty, exclusions and remedies should be documented in your approved written estimate or invoice. We do not advertise a blanket warranty on this page. Your rights under applicable law still apply.
